Meet Jocelyn

For most of my life, I carried a tension I couldn’t name — deeply sensitive and easily overwhelmed, yet full of energy, ideas, and an inner fire that never seemed to rest. It wasn’t until I understood my dual wiring that everything began to make sense.

A Balanced Life grew from that lived experience. Not from theories or “fix yourself” formulas, but from years of paying attention to my nervous system, learning to work with my sensitivity instead of against it, and finding steadier rhythms in the natural world around me.

Today, I share what I’ve learned with other women who feel this same paradox — women who absorb deeply, move through life with intensity, and long for a way of living that feels balanced, nourishing, and true.
